In Hindi, the word Samarth means being completely capable and self-reliant. We are a premium, remote coaching service dedicated to bodyweight movement mechanics. Our focus is on restoring joint health, mobility, and functional strength so your body remains resilient and fully capable.

Why does SAMARTH focus exclusively on bodyweight training? +

External equipment is often a crutch that masks poor movement patterns and adds unnecessary friction to starting your fitness journey. By stripping away weights and machines, we force you to master the most critical equipment you own: your own body. Our protocols build functional, raw strength and bulletproof joint health.

Do I need a home gym or any specific fitness equipment? +

No. Our protocols are designed for total bodyweight mastery and work in any environment, from your living room to a hotel room. You only need a few square feet of clear floor space, an internet connection, and the dedication to execute the movements.

Are the sessions pre-recorded, or is it live coaching? +

SAMARTH provides synchronous, real-time live coaching. We explicitly do not use pre-recorded follow-along videos. Our trainers evaluate your biomechanics and correct your form instantly during the active, live video broadcast to ensure perfect execution.

What are the technical and space requirements to participate in a live session? +

Because we rely on precise, real-time visual monitoring, you must have a high-speed internet connection and a device camera positioned to provide a full-body view of your movement. Your environment must be well-lit and strictly cleared of any tripping hazards, pets, or structural impediments.

What is the class schedule? +

We offer two live classes per week. Session slots for both 1-on-1 and group classes are mutually coordinated to accommodate your time zone, ensuring consistency and adherence to the programming. Outside of live sessions, you will have direct text access to your coach for administrative questions and scheduling.

What physical results can I realistically expect in my first 30 days? +

Do not expect superficial quick fixes. Expect a systematic recalibration of your mechanics. Within the first 30 days, you will see a significant reduction in movement-related stiffness, improved range of motion in your joints, and a much clearer understanding of how to control your body under tension.

What is the size of each batch in a group class? +

We operate with a strict intake limit to ensure every athlete receives our full attention. Group classes are tightly capped so our coaches can manage the live digital room perfectly, monitor everyone's biomechanics, and ensure nobody gets lost in a crowd.

How long will I have access to the coach for support? +

You have full access to live classes and your designated coach for the duration of your active subscription. Your coach will provide the class schedule and clear communication channels for any administrative questions outside of live sessions.

What if I do not have any prior experience with bodyweight training? +

Our program is entirely suitable for beginners. Our movement protocols are highly scalable. Whether you are recovering from a previous injury or sitting at a desk all day, we meet you exactly where you are and adjust the mechanics to your current capability.

Why am I seeing people of different age groups in the class? +

Because human biomechanics are universal. Our objective is to guarantee that the body remains functional, pain-free, and highly capable for decades. Restoring natural mobility and joint health is a requirement for everyone, regardless of age.

How do you communicate class details and reminders? +

Once enrolled, you will be added to a dedicated, private WhatsApp group used strictly for administrative updates, class links, and schedule reminders.

How is the curriculum structured and how long does it take to get to the next level? +

Our curriculum is structured into four distinct phases: Aarambh, Aadhar, Aakaar, and Anant. Because we prioritize perfect execution over speed, progression is not tied to a calendar. You advance to the next level only when your coach verifies during a live session that you possess the strict neurological control and spatial awareness required to safely execute the next tier of movements.

What are the fees and can I get a discount? +

Our fees are strictly based on the batch level. We provide elite, science-backed instruction and do not offer discounts, as doing so devalues the premium quality of the coaching. However, we do offer a 10% to 15% referral credit when you refer a friend and they successfully complete their first month's payment.

How often do you invoice? Monthly or quarterly? +

We provide flexible payment options allowing you to pay monthly or quarterly, with monthly being the default. Invoices are issued on the 10th of every month. To maintain your spot in the batch, payments must be remitted on time. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, we will pause your coaching access until the account is brought current.
